EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We design each piece with meticulousness.
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to arrange an exchange or refund of the items.
If you notice that a product is damaged at the time of delivery, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. A delay of more than 4 days will be considered too long. Any returned defective or damaged product must be accompanied by an example of the problem (proof, photo).
The refund will be issued according to the original method of payment. The refund does not include the processing fee.
Plants: There is no refund on plants after picking them up at the workshop in Terrebonne.
The delivery process may take 5-7 days. If we don't have the product in stock, it can take 2-3 weeks.

We strive to find the best delivery prices. For our points of sale, please consult the “Where to find us” section on the site. Also, there will be the possibility of finding the products at certain artisan tables in which we will participate. Dates and locations will also be posted in the “Where to find us” section of the site.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
The availability of some products may be limited and some products may not be available for immediate delivery. The Company may, at any time and without notice, revise products or cease making certain products available. In the event that the Company is unable to deliver an ordered product due to lack of availability, the Company will notify you by email and your order will be automatically canceled with respect to the unavailable product.
