Plant that helps with sleep

Plants aren't just beautiful to look at. It adds decoration and can even improve your sleep.

Some require more light or even direct sun and others will be well in the shade. Like us, they are more introverted than others!

Plants absorb CO2 and the filter. So there are some that improve the ambient air. In addition, it can increase the humidity of your room air.

Let's go to the basics. Plants for a living photosynthesize. It consumes and transforms the ambient air.

Plants in general at night absorb oxygen and release CO2. On the other hand, during the day, it is the opposite and produces much more oxygen than it releases CO2.

Conversely, cacti consume CO2 at night and release oxygen, which can be ideal on the window sill of a room with direct sunlight during the day.  In addition to that, it seems that cacti protect from electromagnetic waves (we are talking about your cell which is next to your bedside head).
